How To Play Beer Pong?

It’s very simple and easy to learn the rules for playing this game, which is one of the main reasons why so many people choose to play it. The main idea of beer pong is that one team throws a ping pong ball across the table, trying to get it in one of their opponent’s cups. If the ball goes in a cup, the opponent must drink whatever is in that cup.

Then the other team must drink whatever is in that cup. If you throw the ball into your own team’s cup, you’re out and they get a point. If you throw it into their cups, they get a point. If you run out of balls before running out of cups, or if you run out of cups before running out of balls, then the game is over. The team with the most points wins.

The Five Basic Rules and Terms:

1) Only one ball per throw: This means that once you throw a ball, it stays on the table until someone picks it up. You cannot pick it up before you have thrown it. Once you have thrown it, it’s fair game.
2) All cups must be picked up: Once a ball has gone in a cup, that cup has to be removed from the table and no other cups can be knocked over with the ball. The only exception is when you are about to throw it and someone removes one of your cups just before you shoot. This is called “swishing,” and it’s not allowed in beer pong. If this happens, you have to miss your shot.
3) Walls and ceiling are out of bounds: If you hit a ball against the wall or the ceiling, it’s an automatic out.
4) You can’t touch the table with any part of your body: If you do, it’s an out. The only exception is if someone is about to shoot the ball at you and you gently push them away.
5) You can’t shoot the ball directly into someone’s cup: You have to bounce it off a wall or the ceiling first. If you do this, then that person has to drink whatever is in their cup.

The Ball

The most important rule of beer pong, and if you break any of these rules and aren’t penalized for it, then you’re not playing beer pong but some other game. The ball must be a ping pong or Wiffle ball. It must be white with black or red dots on it. The size of the ball matters little. A ping pong ball should be about 2 inches in diameter, but a Wiffle ball is only about 1 inch in diameter. Please note that an official size of a ping pong ball is 2 inches in diameter.
